This service is ideal for couples who know what they want their wedding to feel like but want support refining the aesthetic while ensuring everything is executed seamlessly. In addition to full wedding management, we provide design guidance to elevate your vision, align visual details, and bring cohesion to the overall look and feel of your day. From shaping your design direction to managing the logistics that bring it to life, look and flow are handled with intention and care.

Destination Wedding Management is designed for couples planning a wedding away from home who want experienced, hands-on support navigating logistics, vendors, timelines, and travel considerations from start to finish. We manage the details that are harder to coordinate from a distance, act as your on-the-ground advocate, and ensure everything is thoughtfully aligned long before the wedding weekend arrives—so you can plan with confidence and arrive ready to celebrate.

What makes your approach different from traditional coordination?

Our approach prioritizes proactive planning, clear communication, and calm leadership — not just showing up on the wedding day. We believe coordination should feel seamless, supportive, and thoughtfully managed long before the first guest arrives.

What’s the difference between Wedding Management and Wedding Management & Design?

Wedding Management focuses on logistics, vendor communication, and timeline execution. Wedding Management & Design includes all of that plus design refinement support — helping you shape your aesthetic direction, align visual details, and ensure the look and feel of your wedding reflect your vision cohesively. In other words: Management keeps the event running beautifully; Design makes it feel beautiful too

When should we book Wedding Management or Wedding Management & Design?

Since the Wedding Management role begins before the wedding weekend, we recommend reserving your date as early as possible — ideally 9–12 months before your wedding date — especially if you’re booking services during a busy season or planning a destination wedding. That gives us time to review vendor contracts, refine logistics, and create a customized plan that supports your timeline and vision.

We love your work and want to book. What's the next step? 

Fantastic! To reserve your wedding date, we’ll need a completed contract and a non-refundable deposit. If you don’t have a contract yet, just let us know and we’ll send one over!  All payments are spread out over 6-9 months and the final balance is due 30 days before wedding day.
